I have added this talk because it is a great example of making the impossible possible. Evelyn Glennie as a deaf percussionist who got accepted into the london school of music demonstrating how challenge +motivation = possible. The point made about the difference between doing what you are told and the ability to translate that into an adaptation that is greater than the original should not be lost on an innovative leader (circa 2 mins)
