Please see below your presentation

Please see the Relaxation Tracks below. Practice of these techniques creates significant positive changes in tHINKING PATTERNS & gene expression

The reason we use the thought diary is to start the process of observing the quality of our thoughts.

Here are some videos that outline the paradox of how our minds work. Our perspectives become more important than the reality of what we are facing. Resilient Thinking involves the ability to see beyond the negative perspectives that often pollute our thinking.

Next Dr Mike Evans shows the power of changing our thinking

Next Professor Renata Salecl outlines a philosophical perspective on the paradox of choice. Truth is when we have choice we need to deal with loss as discussed in your session loss is a psychological safety issue

Dr Mike Evans shows that a 30 minute investment brings great rewards

Motivation to Change

Daniel Pink tells us some surprising truths about what motivates us

Dr. Tali Sharot a visiting professor in harvard medical school gives an insight into what actually motivates behaviour change. You can use your swot and observe are you motivated to engage in new behaviours “you know you want to?!”

Dr Jeni cross a professor of sociology discusses three myths (potential pitfalls) of behaviour change. Myth no1 education changes behaviour - not necessarily !

this is where nike gets the phrase “just do it” ! the best way to change behaviour is to start changing behaviour

Tim Urbane confronts one of the enemies of Behaviour Change : Procrastination

I have added this talk because it is a great example of making the impossible possible. Evelyn Glennie as a deaf percussionist who got accepted into the london school of music demonstrating how challenge +motivation = possible. The point made about the difference between doing what you are told and the ability to translate that into an adaptation that is greater than the original should not be lost on an innovative leader (circa 2 mins)

I hope you find these supports both meaningful and inspirational. I hope it provides the insight to approach behaviour change in a way that inspires both you and your colleagues and please if you have any questions and/or queries please send them to me ray@resilienceinternational.com
